Position:Structural Suoervisor
Experience : 5 Years above
Salary: Depends upon Experience
Location : Singapore
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Structural Supervisor to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in structural supervision and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. The Structural Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of structural components ensuring compliance with safety regulations and coordinating with other departments to meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities:
. Oversee the construction and installation of structural components
. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
. Coordinate with other departments to meet project deadlines
. Train and mentor junior staff members
. Inspect and maintain equipment and tools
Requirements:
5 years of experience in structural supervision
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Certification in structural engineering or related field is a plus
Education: Diploma in Engineering or a related field (preferred). Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field. Technical Skills: Familiarity with quality control software, statistical analysis tools, and technical drawing interpretation. Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
