Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer with expertise in CNC Quality Maintenance CMM and Structural processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing and a strong understanding of production operations. As a Production Engineer you will be responsible for optimizing production processes ensuring quality standards and maintaining equipment to maximize efficiency and output.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production processes for CNC Quality Maintenance CMM and Structural operations
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure quality standards are met and maintained
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing with expertise in CNC Quality Maintenance CMM and Structural processes
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing industry
Strong technical knowledge in dental equipment installation, repair, and maintenance. Proficiency in handling and repairing a wide range of dental products including dental engines, physio units, dental implant handpieces, and motors. Expertise in Dental CBCT (X-ray) systems and ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide technical support.
Education
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Master of Dental Surgery (MDS).
