Job Description
Position: Structural Assembly and Installation Supervisor
Oversee and manage the activities of workers involved in structural assembly and installation.
Ensure that all tasks are carried out in compliance with specifications and safety regulations.
Possess at least 34 years of prior experience as a foreman or supervisor in the Marine industry.
Create and assess project schedules monitor work progress and address any concerns that arise.
Perform routine safety inspections and lead toolbox talks.
Requirements
34 years of relevant foreman/supervisor experience in the Marine industry
Proven ability in lead generation and prospect management. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
