Responsibilities


We re looking for a driven Senior Regional Business Development Manager to develop and grow new business and execute business strategies in the Asia Pacific region.

  • Execute strategies for product development and growth across regional solutioning teams;
  • Work closely with various verticals and regional teams to develop and shape product offerings driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction;
  • Collaborate with internal crossfunctional teams to align on strategies to achieve commercial objectives;
  • Assist with organisational structures to achieve operational efficiency for products and solutions;
  • Act as key point of contact for regional clients assisting with scoping and qualifying opportunities pricing and tender submissions;
  • Define plans for solution implementation;
  • Manage tender process by engaging internal and external stakeholders;
  • Review quotations and contracts ensuring sufficient risk management is in place;
  • Conduct client presentations and participate in negotiations;
  • Observe industry trends innovations and technologies in order to suggest best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree or tertiary education in a relevant discipline;
  • At least 8 10 years of experience in the supply chain or logistics industry with exposure to warehouse operations;
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills particularly in sales presentations and negotiations;
  • Excellent stakeholder management both internally and externally;
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work well across functional and regional teams;
  • Proactive resourceful and enterprising attitude.
