POSITION : Product Manager
REPORTING : Managing Director
LOCATION : Singapore
POSITION SUMMARY
As the Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving business development and product growth for our medical device portfolio. This position requires strategic market analysis formulation of business development strategies and their execution in collaboration with the Managing Director and trainings.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives for our medical device portfolio across Singapore and the region.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted business strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to execute business development plans and drive market penetration.
- Working together with the MD to manage relationships with key principals and partners to ensure strong collaboration and product success.
- Conduct training programs and workshops for internal teams and external partners to enhance product knowledge and expertise.
- Oversee the entire quotetocash process including generating quotes order processing and ensuring timely product deliveries.
- Monitor market trends competition and industry developments to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with various teams including sales marketing and operations to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry standards to ensure compliance and product quality.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Preferably trained in Medic/ EM/ Nursing or any relevant field.
- Proven experience in business development preferably in the healthcare/ medical device industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing relationships with principals and partners.
- Experience in product training and conducting workshops.
- Ability to manage the quotetocash process and ensure timely deliveries.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in an SME environment.
- Resultsdriven and goaloriented.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and crossfunctionally.
