Job Description

  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

    • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards social media and networking events to identify potential candidates.
    • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit.
    • Maintain an uptodate candidate database using our ATS.
  • Client Engagement:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and expectations.
    • Provide regular updates and feedback to clients regarding the recruitment process.
  • Job Posting and Advertisement:

    • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of job postings and make necessary adjustments.
  • Interview Coordination:

    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
    • Provide candidates with necessary information and guidance to prepare for interviews.
  • Candidate Management:

    • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide feedback and support to candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Reporting and Documentation:

    • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.


  • Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in recruitment preferably within an agency environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and resultsdriven mindset.


  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency environment. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive and results-driven mindset.
