Role and Desired Skill set :
Identify and troubleshoot payroll processing issues ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery
Maintain strong understanding of relevant tax and compliance regulations
Provide training and support to endusers on the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll system
Collaborate with the clients HR team to optimize payroll processes and workflows
Strong understanding of payroll concepts calculations and deductions
Experience with data migration and integration processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification (CHCMPAY and CHRHPC) is a plus.
Experience working on AMS as well New implementation environment is preferred Location Onsite Gurgaon
