The Credit administrator provides support to the Credit Supervisor by validating customer s credit worthiness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing managing and mitigating credit risk by conducting thorough analyses monitoring credit limits and ensuring compliance with company policy. This role will also be responsible for new customer onboarding.
Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years of previous credit risk analysis collections and/or accounts receivable experience
- Strong computer skills and proficient in use of Windows based software. Netsuite experience is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Sense of discretion and willingness to maintain strict confidentiality of pertinent and sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- This its a Biling al Position

Building and maintaining relationships with partner carriers Monitor loading, unloading and appointments follow up with customers regarding delays, missed appointments and late arrivals Identifying potential problems before they occur Ensuring that any problems such as delays, accidents, etc., are communicated immediately to our Account Operations and Carrier Sales Teams Demonstrates professionalism, positive attitude, and exceptional telephone etiquette. Assist other team members when required.
