We are looking for an Office Manager to spearhead our new financial startup. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in management and exceptional abilities to oversee the following responsibilities:
Coordinate Colombia staffing schedules to work on projects for U.S. clients to meet deadlines.
Responsible for coordinating semimonthly bill payments with CEO for vendors taxes etc.
Responsible for coordinating monthly payroll and payroll tax payments for Colombia employees.
Coordinate event planning including quarterly Company meetings team events and happy hour style events
Own the entire employee experience: manage vendors provide admin support for new hire paperwork general office management and maintenance ordering supplies and catering.
Coordinate new hiring processes with CEO and HR Hiring contractors
Work directly with CEO on any special projects as needed such as: new office relocation offsite training etc.
Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for core processes of the company
Requirements
3 years of work experience within a small to medium sized office in a management administrative or support role.
Experience managing priorities and urgent requests as delegated.
Previous startup experience a plus!
