Responsiblity:
• Promoting thecompany's existing brands and introducing new products tothe market.
• Analyzing budgets, preparing annualbudget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the salesteam meets their quotas and goals.
• Researchingand developing marketing opportunities and plans, understandingconsumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggestingsystem improvements to achieve the company's marketinggoals.
• Gathering, investigating, andsummarizing market data and trends to draftreports.
• Implementing new sales plans andadvertising.
• Recruiting, training, scheduling,coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales andmarketing human resourceobjectives.
• Maintaining relationships withimportant clients by making regular visits, understanding theirneeds, and anticipating new marketingopportunities.
• Staying current in the industryby attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops,reading publications, and maintaining personal and professionalnetworks.
