Strategy Development and Execution:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive customer acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
Analyze the target market and customer segments to determine the most effective acquisition tactics and channels (e.g., digital marketing, sales outreach, partnerships, etc.).
Oversee the design and execution of acquisition campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand alignment across channels.
Lead Generation and Nurturing:
Manage lead generation campaigns through various channels, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure leads are nurtured effectively through the sales funnel, optimizing conversion rates.
Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track, analyze, and manage leads, ensuring leads are properly scored, segmented, and followed up on.
Campaign Management:
Oversee the execution of paid and organic digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
Create and monitor performance-based campaigns to drive customer acquisition while optimizing costs (e.g., Cost Per Acquisition, Return on Ad Spend).
Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to ensure campaigns are continuously optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Analytics and Reporting:
Use data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) to monitor the effectiveness of acquisition campaigns and generate reports for senior leadership.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Conversion Rates, Lead Quality, and Return on Investment (ROI).
Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance, continuously optimizing acquisition strategies.
2+ years of performance marketing experience.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with analytics platforms (BI, Tableau).
Fluency in English.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Experience in game development industry is preferrable.
Python/SQL data analysis skills is preferrable.
Strong understanding of web technologies and digital advertising principles.
Acquisition Strategy Development:
Proven experience in developing and executing customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels (digital, offline, partnerships, etc.).
Knowledge of target audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and lead generation tactics to drive new customer acquisition.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media advertising) to drive online customer acquisition.
Experience with content marketing, affiliate marketing, and performance marketing to drive engagement and conversion.
Experience in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) to measure campaign performance and ROI.
Sales and Lead Generation:
Expertise in managing and optimizing lead generation campaigns, ensuring a constant flow of qualified leads to the sales team.
Experience in leveraging CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track prospects, convert leads, and nurture relationships.
Knowledge of sales funnels, sales pipeline management, and conversion optimization
