HR Coordinator : Mumbai
Hiring support
Conducting initial round with the candidate
Noting basic details and share remarks
Scheduling Interview with panel hr
Collecting pre offer data
Understanding candidate s expectations sharing it with HRBP Panel
Sharing offer proposal with candidate and ensure acceptance
Engage with candidate while onboarding
Timely updating JDs for all positions
Maintain Hiring MIS and Interview evaluation sheet
Engagement and onboarding
Fun activities with pan India teams and foster engagement
Conduct all HR induction ( post she onboarded as a full timer)
MIS
Timely updation of MIS
Timely updation of all SS teams roles and structure
Data entry in the system
Coordinate with L&D for timely updated MIS for training participation
Skills and Requirements:
- MBA in HR
- 23 years of total experience
mis,pre offer data,end to end,recruiter,interview
