FullCycle Recruitment: Manage the endtoend recruitment process for various roles across the organization ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels including job boards social media networking and employee referrals to source qualified candidates.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates who meet the technical and cultural fit of the company.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment on job requirements and candidate profiles.
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
Employer Branding: Work with the HR team to enhance the company s employer brand and create a compelling candidate value proposition.
DataDriven Decisions: Use recruitment metrics and data to analyze hiring effectiveness and make informed decisions.
Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and company regulations regarding hiring practices.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters on best practices and recruitment techniques.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. Masters degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 57 years of experience in recruitment with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter Zoho ATS etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive and resultsoriented mindset.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in recruiting for industryspecific roles
Experience with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
