Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
o Manage fullcycle recruitment including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding of new employees. o Collaborate with department heads to determine hiring needs and create job descriptions. o Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms to attract top talent. 2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:
o Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. o Conduct exit interviews manage offboarding procedures and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.
3. Employee Relations:
o Address employee queries concerns and conflicts in a timely and professional manner. o Conduct regular checkins with employees to ensure job satisfaction and engagement.
4. Performance Management:
o Support performance appraisal processes and help design performance improvement plans. o Assist managers in providing feedback and career development support to employees.
5. HR Policies & Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with company policies labor laws and employment regulations. o Develop update and communicate HR policies to employees. o Stay updated on labor laws and advise management on legal compliance issues.
6. Compensation & Benefits:
o Support payroll processing and benefits administration. o Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance leave management and other perks.
7. Learning & Development:
o Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. o Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
8. HR Data & Reporting:
o Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR data. o Prepare and present HR reports including metrics related to recruitment turnover and employee engagement.
9. Employee Engagement:
o Organize employee engagement activities to enhance morale and promote company culture. o Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and implement improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
A Master s degree or HR certification is preferred.
Experience: 35 years of experience in human resources particularly in recruitment employee relations and compliance.
Skills: o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Solid understanding of HR practices labor laws and HR systems. o Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. o Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office tools. Other Qualifications:
