Location: Kolkata.
Draft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs.
Implement strategy to check attrition
Optimization of Manpower cost
Plan year round Employee Engagement activities
Devise & Implement PMS system
Ensure our hiring on boarding and management procedures are effective
Evaluate training and development programs
Analyse the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools
Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
Responsible for all statutory compliances
Devise and implement processes to minimize employee grievances and constantly improve the level of
employee satisfaction
Experience in strategic planning. Communication and problemsolving skills. Good understanding of
labour legislation. Excellent leadership abilities.
