• This position is a Freelance role with no base pay. You will make between $1000 to $3000 per successful placement.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team for our clients in Germany and other parts of Europe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top IT talent to meet our company s growing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Your goal is to identify the best candidates who align with our company culture and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
  
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events.
  
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
  
• Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers and candidates.
  
• Manage the offer process including extending offers and negotiating terms.
  
• Maintain and update the candidate database with candidate information and status updates.
  
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
  
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
  

Requirements:

• Experience recruiting for various IT roles including software developers network engineers and system administrators.
  
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role.
  
• Indepth knowledge of IT roles technologies and industry trends.
  
• Strong sourcing and networking skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Language skills: German C2/Native and English C1
