Job Description
Note: Language requirements: English B1 German Fluent/Native
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Planning organizing and managing projects.
- Conducting customer training sessions (both onsite and digital).
- Testing and documenting errors and developments.
- Managing hardware software systems networks and firewalls.
- Administration of VoIP telephony.
- Researching and procuring hardware and peripheral devices.
- Supporting and troubleshooting network and server infrastructure issues.
Requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
- Strong technical understanding of IT systems including Windows Server Active Directory .NET and IIS.
- Solid database knowledge particularly with Microsoft SQL Server as well as cloud and storage solutions.
- Experience in managing medium to large IT projects (at least 2 years).
- Experience in agile software development (Scrum) is desirable.
- Excellent German language skills (C2 level).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning about new products and services.
