Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Telecommunications company who are looking to recruit a Germanspeaking Site Acquisition Consultant to join their team in Hanover office.
Position: Site Acquisition Specialist
Location: Hanover Germany
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary commissions
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Searching for suitable locations for telecom antennas and identifying potential landlords
- Completing site visits by travelling to identified locations and capturing geospatial data and visual reports
- Successfully signing lease agreements with landlords through negotiating terms
- Maintaining uptodate information in our custom software
- Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native level of German (C1) with fluency in English
- Ability to travel throughout Germany for business
- Sales or negotiations experience
- Extraordinary negotiations skills are an absolute necessity
- Great communication skills
- Computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Ability to work independently while being team player at the same time
