Job Description

Note: This role does not offer visa sponsorship. We are only looking for candidates in Germany who speak German Language (Native/C1 or C2).



Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Accept customer fault reports record them in the ticket system and independently analyze and resolve issues.
  • Client Relationship: Maintain a partnershipbased and highly personal customer relationship distinct from traditional hotlines.
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Manage complex IT/server infrastructures outsourced by customers and fully oversee them.
  • Expert Team Collaboration: Work with specialized teams (e.g. Microsoft Citrix VMware) to provide second or thirdlevel support and leverage their high expertise.
  • Consultative Role: Advise customers on IT infrastructurerelated questions working closely with them to provide conceptual solutions.
  • Regional Support: Support customers both remotely and onsite offering a mix of internal and external assistance based on customer preferences.

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise: You have several years of practical experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Microsoft product range (Windows Server Active Directory Exchange MSSQL etc.)
    • Storage solutions (IBM NetApp Dell Huawei)
    • Virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere Citrix XenServer MS HyperV)
    • Microsoft Terminal Services or Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop
    • Backup solutions (Veeam B&R or Veritas Backup Exec)
    • IT security (Sophos Barracuda Networks Kaspersky Endpoint Protection Fortinet)
  • Language Skills: You speak fluent German (C1/C2 level).
