Job Description
Job Overview
The IT/Tech Specialist (ERP) will focus on managing and evolving the companys ERP and associated systems analyzing business processes and optimizing workflows. This position is suited for an IT professional with ERP experience a strong foundation in SQL server management CRM and interface programming ideally familiar with the ERP system trend. A high level of organization teamwork and reliability is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and continually develop the ERP system including all interface programs.
- Provide support and training to users on application systems.
- Analyze business processes recommend improvements and implement optimized workflows.
- Manage network administration client systems and data center operations.
- Coordinate and manage external IT service providers.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Business Informatics Application Development System Programming or a related field.
- Minimum 45 years of experience in a similar role with a quick understanding of the companys commercial foundations and process workflows.
- Proficiency in SQL Windows Server Azure and MS Office.
- Solid experience in ERP and CRM systems; familiarity with trend ERP system is a plus.
- Knowledge of EDI formats product information systems and client/server administration.
- Experience with AS 400 Lotus Domino VMware Aruba BI ClearPass and CheckMK.
- Strong responsibility reliability organizational and communication skills.
- Teamoriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Fluent in German (C1 level).
