Systems Admin Lead

Note: This role does not offer visa sponsorship. We are only looking for candidates in Germany who speak German (C1 or C2/Native) and English (B2) languages.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of technicians
  
• Oversee team tasks and responsibilities
  
• Provide IT support for customers (remote and onsite)
  
• Serve as technical project lead for assigned customers
  
• Advise plan implement and develop IT infrastructure projects
  
• Perform administration tasks in Microsoft or Linux environments
  

Key Requirements:

Experience:

• 34 years in IT administration/infrastructure
  
• Initial leadership experience is desirable
  

Skills:

• Expertise in IT infrastructure and applications including client/server technologies networks backup solutions and monitoring
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills
  
• Solutionoriented and willing to help
  

Languages:

• German: Minimum C1 level
  
• English: Minimum B2 level
  

Education:

• ITrelated degree or equivalent qualification preferred but not required
  

Personality Traits:

Specific Industry/Product Experience:

• Not specifically required but a strong IT administration background is necessary
