Job Description
Note: This role does not offer visa sponsorship. We are only looking for candidates in Germany who speak German Language (Native/C1 or C2).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Install configure and maintain Linux servers.
- Troubleshoot operating system issues and ensure system stability.
- Implement security policies and patches.
- Manage and maintain VMware virtualized environments.
- Provision configure and optimize virtual machines.
- Monitor resource usage and optimize performance.
- Assist with network issues and inquiries.
- Perform basic configuration of network devices and protocols.
- Collaborate on network security measures.
- Document system configurations processes and solutions.
- Maintain and update technical manuals.
- Diagnose and resolve IT faults and issues.
Job Requirements
- Education and Experience:
- Technical training or studies with initial relevant professional experience.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficient in administering Linux operating systems.
- Experienced in configuring and managing VMware environments.
- Basic understanding of network technology.
- Proactive and solutionfocused approach.
- Excellent written and spoken German skills (minimum C1 level).
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
