Our client is an ecommerce and logistics company in Riyadh Saudi Arabia offering a comprehensive shipping gateway for ecommerce stores and retailers. They provide solutions to ship manage track analyze and return orders using numerous carriers from a single integrated dashboard. As an integrator for shipping services in the MENA region they are at the forefront of innovation and efficiency in the logistics industry.
As a Business Development Manager you will play a critical role in driving the companys growth and expansion in the MENA region. Your primary responsibility will be to identify engage and secure new business opportunities within the ecommerce and logistics sectors. You will leverage your expertise in selling logistics solutions and digital platforms to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys market presence in the MENA region focusing on ecommerce and logistics sectors.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including ecommerce stores retailers and logistics partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the companys shipping gateway solutions and digital dashboard effectively communicating their value proposition to potential clients.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and emerging opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing product development and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience and to address any service gaps.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development sales or a related role within the ecommerce and logistics sectors. Experience in selling digital platforms or dashboards is essential.
Prior experience in selling ecommerce and logistics solutions and digital platforms or dashboards.
Language: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
Education: A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
Travel: Willingness to travel as needed within the MENA region.
