Job overview:

We are on the hunt for an exceptional Sales Assistant to help our business development team. If you thrive on nurturing leads through the sales pipeline and love the thrill of converting new clients this role is for you!

To be considered for this position you will need a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Sales Assistant.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Assistant you will be the heartbeat of our sales team providing vital support and ensuring seamless operations within your department. This role requires expertise in appointment setting pipeline management proposal generation and lead followup via phone and email. You will be working with clients all over the world and talking to new leads daily.

Your roles broken down:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Nurture leads through regular followups via phone and email.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Coordinate and confirm meeting logistics with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in creating and customizing proposals for potential clients.
  • Ensure all proposals are delivered on time and meet the companys standards and client requirements.
  • Conduct followup communication with leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team including preparing reports presentations and other sales materials.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead nurturing appointment setting and sales conversions.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage client interactions and data.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Lead Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads that convert to appointments and ultimately clients.
  • Number of Appointments Set: Total number of qualified appointments scheduled per month.
  • Proposal Turnaround Time: Average time taken to generate and deliver proposals to clients.
  • FollowUp Response Time: Average time taken to follow up with leads after initial contact.
  • Client Satisfaction Score: Feedback rating from clients on the responsiveness and helpfulness of the sales support provided.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar role preferably in a business development environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other salesrelated tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field desirable.
