As an Acumatica Solutions Engineer you will act as a technical resource and liaison between the sales teams and customers leveraging your expertise in business processes including accounting distribution manufacturing service management professional services and workflow analysis. You will uncover and understand clients business objectives developing a solutions sales strategy that effectively addresses their requirements. • Act as a technical resource and liaison between the sales teams and customers.
  
• Provide expertise in business processes such as accounting distribution manufacturing service management professional services and workflow analysis.
  
• Uncover and understand clients business objectives developing a solutions sales strategy that addresses their requirements.
  
• Clearly articulate the benefits of our solutions removing all objections in the sales cycle.
  
• Develop and deliver highimpact demonstrations to all levels of the client s organization establishing our solutions as optimal.
  
• Conduct webinars for customers and prospective customers.
  
• Provide input to sales teams in developing sales proposals and client presentations.
  
• Prepare present and deliver highimpact customized software demonstrations in a polished and engaging manner.
  
• Guide customers through technology options and strategies.
  
• Partner with the sales team to develop Statements of Work RFPs project cost estimates and client presentations.
  
• Conduct webinars for current and prospective clients.
  
• Participate in discovery calls to understand and assess client needs.
  
• Develop customized solutions that effectively address client needs and align with their business and technology objectives.
  
• Collaborate with consulting sales and marketing teams on crossfunctional projects.
  
• Attend project company client and ad hoc meetings as required.
  
• Travel to client sites on an asneeded basis.
  

Requirements

Code for Success

• 3 years of experience as an Acumatica Solutions Engineer OR 3 years as a Solutions Engineer with another ERP application OR 3 years as an Acumatica consultant.
  
• Expertise in Acumatica Solutions Engineer endtoend process experience from project scoping to implementation
  
• Bachelor s degree in finance accounting business or related fields preferred.
  
• Experience with SaaS and/or clientserver applications required.
  
• Demonstrated proficiency in project scoping planning requirements gathering business process mapping and endtoend process experience is a plus.
  
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects successfully while meeting deadlines.
  
• Understanding of common industry business practices related to accounting sales manufacturing and inventory management along with an advanced understanding of accounting theory accounting systems US GAAP and IFRS.
  
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting/finance and distribution preferred.
  
• Construction or field service background is a plus.
  
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas.
  
• Outstanding organizational time management communication and listening skills required.
  
• Exceptional interpersonal customer service decisionmaking and analytical abilities.
  
• Working knowledge of MS Office Outlook and proficiency with CRM tools.
  
• Ability to travel as needed.
