As a B2B Sales Manager for the Italian Market:

  1. You will work on theSales Organisation:
  • Build an efficient Sales organization to drive efficiencies ownership and accountability
  • Recruit train and manage a team of high performing Team Leads Inside Sales and Account Managers to complete inbound and outbound merchant acquisition or growth initiatives
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement and suggest corrective actions as needed
  • Incubate new business verticals to ramp to strong commercial efficiency and overall business knowledge and share feedback on individual performance with new hire managers execution
  • Work directly with leadership to understand and establish the OKRs and goals for a sales team.

2. You will train and develop your Sales Teams:

  • Provide handson mentor for a team to ensure they meet and exceed monthly target business goals
  • Lead new sellers onboarding program from day 1 through graduation of ramp period
  • Build and lead Italy marketspecific sales training initiatives
  • Implement strategic sales coaching planning and forecasting as determined by leadership.

3.You will plan and reach the business objectives:

  • Exceed monthly sales targets/goals and complete all activities that drive revenue generation
  • Work closely in a matrixes environment with local operations HR/TA strategy analytics finance and other senior leaders in the region and at HQ to set strategy and drive execution.

    About you:

    • You have56 years of experience in Sales
    • You already managed a teamfor 34 years including1 year of managing Managers
    • You have a strong analytical and problemsolving skills
    • You are ableto manage end to end a large team and lead sales initiatives
    • You are resultsoriented with a track record of successful sales cycles
    • You have an international experience and speaks English fluently
    • Ideally you have knowledge or experience dealing with Italian real estate and/or bank companies
