HR Internship Opportunity at Ex Venture - Canary Island

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a passionate HR Intern to join our Canary Island office. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to gain handson experience in Human Resources while working with a dynamic and forwardthinking company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Support the HR team with employee relations including helping with performance evaluations maintaining employee records and managing benefits.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement programs training and development initiatives and wellness programs.
• Help organize company events workshops and teambuilding activities.
• Support the team in ensuring legal compliance in all HR matters.
• Maintain HR data systems and provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Experience with HR software or recruitment tools (preferred but not required).
• A proactive positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
