Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Barcelona Spain (Onsite)
Employment Type: Fulltime
Join our vibrant and supportive team in Barcelona! As a Customer Support Representative youll be the goto person for helping customers resolve issues provide excellent service and ensure a smooth experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat delivering quick and efficient resolutions
Maintain uptodate knowledge of products and services to assist customers accurately
Escalate any complex issues to the senior team ensuring highquality service
Record interactions in the system and meet the agreed service level agreements (SLA)
Collaborate with your team on special projects when needed
Provide coverage for team members during absences and work with different teams when required
Take ownership of issues ensuring complete resolution or escalation when necessary
Requirements:
Native/Fluent in Swedish (both written and spoken) English proficiency (B2 level)
1 year of customer service experience
Automotive industry knowledge or experience with electric vehicles is a plus
Strong IT skills with experience in Windows MS Office and internet configuration
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
