You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailActively participate and provide process engineering supports to RCFA, Hazop, FRA, Hazid, SIL
verification and process safety and reliability issues.
• Support development of Standard Operating Procedures required for the new projects.
• Develop and implement process surveillance tools for Operations assets in compliance with
surveillance plan to ensure safe, reliable and optimum production, including troubleshooting, engineering recommendations and timely escalation of threats and deviations from
surveillance monitoring.
• Active participation in System Completions processes for Walk-down prior to commissioning
and startup (eg, witness of chemical/catalysts loading, etc).
• Maintain Issue Register identifying and resolving critical issues including new technology risks
(under area of responsibility) which could impact new project Reliability, Availability and Cyber Security.
• Provide technical input related to area of expertise to other disciplines and functions as per
requirements to support overall business objectives.
• Support and facilitate smooth completion of project tie-in requirements for all systems under
the area of responsibility.
• Maintain Issue Register identifying and resolving critical issues including new technology risks
(under area of responsibility) which could impact new project Reliability, Availability and Cyber Security.
• Support high risk commissioning activities for high complexities & large scale projects by (a)
undertaking stringent system surveillance, (b) tuning and optimizing systems, and (c) providing advisory supports to Operations and Maintenance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Knowledge and/or Experience
• 8 years' experience in an oil and gas environment.
Technical and Business Skills
Able to work and make decisions under highly stressing conditions.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership & people skills.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP)
