Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Strategic & executive guidance of QRCS's fundraising activity towards understanding fundraising market & optimal dealing with its various segments
Adoption of the latest marketing methods/tools
Introduction of the best competitive products through continuous innovation & improvement
Exploitation of available marketing opportunities to achieve marketing objectives in a manner that supports the growth & sustainability of QRCS's financial resources
1. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct Market Research:

Gather data on consumer needs, market trends, and competitors to identify opportunities for product positioning and growth.
Conduct surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather insights on customer preferences and behaviors.
Competitive Analysis:

Monitor competitor activities, products, and marketing strategies.
Analyze competitor strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning to identify gaps and opportunities.
Audience Segmentation:

Identify and segment target audiences based on demographic, geographic, psychographic, and behavioral factors.
Develop targeted marketing strategies for each segment to maximize engagement.
2. Campaign Planning and Execution:
Develop Marketing Campaigns:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email, print, and more.
Collaborate with other teams (e.g., creative, sales, and product) to develop campaign messaging and design.
Create Content:

Develop compelling marketing content, including blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, website copy, ads, and promotional materials.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, messaging, and positioning.
Execute Multi-Channel Marketing:

Implement marketing strategies across multiple channels (e.g., social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, display advertising, etc.).
Monitor the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies to optimize results.


Desired candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in a relevant specialization from a recognized university
Professional certification or training courses in NGO marketing & media, planning of digital marketing channels & professional project management
Additional certifications in digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads, or analytics tools may be beneficial.
Marketing Knowledge:

A strong understanding of marketing principles, including brand development, market research, customer segmentation, and campaign management.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Creative and Writing Skills:

Strong creative abilities to develop compelling marketing messages, content, and visuals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating content, reports, and presentations.
Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and adjust strategies based on findings.
Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or SEMrush.
Project Management Skills:

Ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns are executed efficiently.
Strong organizational skills to track campaigns, budgets, and timelines.
Adaptability and Innovation:

Ability to stay updated on the latest marketing trends, digital technologies, and consumer behavior changes.
Willingness to experiment with new marketing strategies and tactics to drive growth.
