Job Description

A Managing Director with Dutch Energy sector experience needed for rapidly growing world leading Energy solution company to Oversee Dutch Netherlands Region Expansion. Oversee: Project Delivery liaison with Dutch authorities I.e: EZK I&W Tweede Kamer Business Development teams legal/regulatory processes.


Do you have

  • 12 years experience in energy ( any sector Oil Gas Renewables Green solar wind etc.

Oversee:

  • Strategic planning: Energy Project delivery & development.
  • Energy Sales power purchase contracts.
  • Sales powerpurchase agreements and supplier contract negotiations
  • Energy Legal/regulatory processes local permitting environmental impact assessments interconnection agreements land optioning etc..
  • Energy Business Development teams legal/regulatory processes
  • Dealt with: Dutch authorities I.e: EZK Ministerie van Economische Zaken en Klimaat / I&W Ministerie van Infrastructuur en Waterstaat / Tweede Kamer.
  • Netherlands based
  • Fluent in Dutch & English
