Role overview:
The Partnerships Manager is responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive business growth in our marketplace. This role involves managing existing relationships identifying new partnership opportunities and developing growth strategies to expand ParkBees partner network.
A strong emphasis is placed on negotiation relationship management and datadriven decisionmaking to ensure mutual value creation and longterm success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and Enhance relationships with existing partners (primary point of contact for partners conduct regular reviews etc.)
- Develop strategies for growth of integrated partnerships
- Identify and negotiate deals with new partners develop new segments to add value to our network.
- Create proposals and partnership agreements ensuring mutual benefit and longterm growth potential
- Oversee partnership performance and ensure alignment with business goals
- Provide insights on partner performance and suggest actionable recommendations for optimization.
Required skills and qualifications:
Skills:
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in similar role (sales customer success partnership manager etc)
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Relationship building that delivers value to clients and our business
- Great communication skills; ability to create crisp storylines both for internal as external stakeholders
- Negotiation and contract management
- Performance management
Qualifications:
- Strong problemsolving skills attention to detail and passion for building partnerships.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Selfmotivated with a strong sense of ownership.
