Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in the Netherlands. This internship will primarily focus on recruitment activities and provide an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in talent acquisition. As part of our HR team you will support various recruitment processes and contribute to building a strong candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle from job postings to onboarding
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Support in drafting job descriptions and posting on various platforms
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs university outreach programs and virtual career days
- Communicate with candidates to provide timely updates on their application status
- Assist in organizing preemployment assessments and background checks
- Contribute to improving recruitment strategies and employer branding
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English; Dutch or another language is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the HR function
