Virtual Rockstar is seeking a dedicated and bilingual (Spanishspeaking) Medical Virtual Assistant to join our client s dynamic optometry clinic in New Jersey. This is a parttime position with the opportunity for growth and development in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Confirm patient appointments via phone and email.
  

• Manage and maintain appointment calendars efficiently.
  

• Handle patient inquiries and provide timely responses.
  

• Greet patients warmly and provide clear directions within the facility.
  

• Coordinate with medical staff to manage daily schedules effectively.
  

• Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  

• Respond to frequently asked questions and provide information as needed.
  

• Assist in appointment rescheduling and followup communications.
  

• Send patients their prescriptions and manage contact lens orders.
  

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  

• Previous experience as a medical assistant or in a similar role preferred.
  

• Familiarity with medical scheduling software particularly Eyefinity.
  

• Proficiency in using communication tools such as Slack.
  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and patient needs.
