Job Description
Systems Management:
- Oversee the administration and management of Microsoft 365 Azure Active Directory and Intune.
- Manage and monitor Active Directory admin roles ensuring appropriate access and adherence to security policies.
- Implement and maintain network security solutions for the entire organization.
Security and Compliance:
- Develop and enforce security policies procedures and standards to align with industry best practices.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standards like ISO 27001 SOC 2 Type 1 and SOC 2 Type 2.
- Manage incident response and data protection activities mitigating potential risks and ensuring data security.
Infrastructure Management:
- Design implement and maintain robust IT infrastructure that supports the companys growth.
- Oversee device management strategies ensuring secure and efficient use of all connected devices.
- Lead projects to upgrade or expand infrastructure minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless integration.
Collaboration and Training:
- Collaborate with other departments to understand security requirements and implement best practices.
- Train staff on security awareness and compliance requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for securityrelated queries and issues.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay uptodate with the latest security trends tools and compliance requirements.
- Develop and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT security and infrastructure management with a focus on Microsoft products.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 Azure Active Directory and Intune.
- Extensive knowledge of ISO 27001 SOC 2 Type 1 SOC 2 Type 2 and other security certifications and standards.
- Experience in incident response risk assessment and disaster recovery planning.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to nontechnical staff.
