Job Description
Position: Credit Manager (Business Loan)
CTC: Upto 10 LPA
Location: Jaipur Rajasthan
Experience: 35 Years in Credit Underwriting
Note: Immediate Joiners are Preferred
Responsibilities:

Credit Assessment: Evaluate the creditworthiness of Business Loan applicants based on financial documents credit history and risk analysis.

Underwriting: Review loan applications ensuring compliance with lending policies regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.

Decision Making: Make informed decisions on loan approvals rejections or modifications considering factors such as the applicant's income debttoincome ratio collateral and credit score.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with loan applications and develop strategies to mitigate them ensuring a balanced loan portfolio.

Client Communication: Communicate credit decisions to applicants and provide explanations for denials or requests for additional information.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales operations and legal teams to streamline the loan approval process and resolve any issues that may arise.

Policy Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of lending policies procedures and credit scoring models to enhance efficiency and risk management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance accounting or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in credit assessment and underwriting specifically in the Business Loan segment.
- Strong understanding of lending principles credit analysis techniques and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound decisions.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of industryspecific software and tools used for credit analysis and underwriting
