Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving our business growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management excellent communication and negotiation skills and a proven track record of driving sales growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies managing the sales team and building strong relationships with key clients. Experience in ZOHO CRM or any other related ERP is a must requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet the company s revenue targets and expand our customer base.
Team Management: Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets. Provide ongoing training and support to ensure the team s continuous improvement and success.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with key clients. Act as the primary point of contact for major customers and ensure their needs are met.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities understand customer needs and stay ahead of industry trends.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales reports. Provide regular feedback and take corrective actions as needed.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations with key clients ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with the company s objectives.
CRM and ERP Management: Utilize CRM and ERP systems particularly Zoho CRM to manage the sales pipeline track sales activities and report on sales performance.
Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management providing insights into sales trends and future revenue projections.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including marketing product development and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting customer needs and achieving business goals.
Budget Management: Manage the sales budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Additional language skills are a plus.
Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a managerial role.
Team Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve high performance.
Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a strategic approach to securing beneficial deals.
CRM and ERP Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM and ERP systems particularly Zoho CRM to manage sales processes and performance.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the company s longterm goals.
Market Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of the industry market dynamics and competitive landscape.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make datadriven decisions.
Customer Focus: A strong customercentric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
