Systems Security Manager

• Develop and enforce security policies procedures and standards to align with industry best practices.
  
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standards like ISO 27001 SOC 2 Type 1 and SOC 2 Type 2.
  
• Manage incident response and data protection activities mitigating potential risks and ensuring data security.
  

• Design implement and maintain robust IT infrastructure that supports the companys growth.
  
• Oversee device management strategies ensuring secure and efficient use of all connected devices.
  
• Lead projects to upgrade or expand infrastructure minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless integration.
  

• Collaborate with other departments to understand security requirements and implement best practices.
  
• Train staff on security awareness and compliance requirements.
  
• Act as a point of contact for securityrelated queries and issues.
  

• Stay uptodate with the latest security trends tools and compliance requirements.
  
• Develop and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.
  
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
  
  
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT security and infrastructure management with a focus on Microsoft products.
  
  
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 Azure Active Directory and Intune.
  
  
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 27001 SOC 2 Type 1 SOC 2 Type 2 and other security certifications and standards.
  
  
• Experience in incident response risk assessment and disaster recovery planning.
  
  
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to nontechnical staff.
