Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estate Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property portfolios conducting property valuations and providing strategic advice on real estate investments. The role requires strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and a deep understanding of the Lagos real estate market.
Requirements
- HND/ Bachelor s/ Masters degree in Estate Management Surveying or a related field.
- Professional certification from a recognized body such as the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate surveying with a focus on property valuation and management.
- Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market and regulations.
- Excellent analytical negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for property management and valuation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct property valuations and prepare comprehensive valuation reports.
- Manage and oversee property portfolios ensuring optimal performance and profitability.
- Provide strategic advice on real estate investments and asset management.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage lease agreements and property transactions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and industry standards.
- Mentor and supervise junior surveyors and support staff.
