Job Description
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels including online research and social media.
- Contact and qualify leads through phone calls emails and other communication methods.
- Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference.
- Maintain and update leads and tasks on CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and clients.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
Requirements
24 years experience in lead generation sales or customer service.
Bachelor s Degree
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using lead generation tools and CRM.
