Experience : 3 to 6 years
Location Gurugram
Salary Upto 8.5 LPA
Job Description
Marketing and Sales of company& rsquo s highperformance Polyurethane Waterproofing and Industrial Flooring products. The TSM shall be overall responsible for selling company& rsquo s products in designated territory including green field development of the market.
Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in target customers Waterproofing & Flooring Contractors. Builders Architects etc.
Technical & commercial proposals
Negotiations and closing orders
Client coordination and interface between client and head office for execution.
Contract commercial handling till completion
Setting up marketing team/ office/ warehouse once the territory develops
Education/Experience
Fluency in English
Basic science and ability to grasp technical concepts
E mail and communication
Persuasion skills telephone etiquette meeting etiquette
Rapport building selling skills
Negotiation skills
Ability to get along with people to get work done
Knowledge
Drafting commercial proposals
Commercial contracts payments letter of credits etc.
Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
Keywords : Marketing & Sales Management
Basic UG Qualification : Any technical or commercial degree. Must have high scores in school level science and English.
