Your Area of Responsibility:
.
Generate qualified lead through outbound campaigns (cold calls emails) within the assigned territories to generate pipeline
.
Understand the company offering & appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position
.
Research accounts identify key players and generate interest
.
Understand prospects needs and requirements
.
Respond to prospects requests for more information on our offering
.
Record daily sales activities in Hubspot CRM to track interactions with prospects and customers and opportunity description to the stakeholder
.
Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
.
Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory (could be US EU India SEA)
Attend periodic sales/product training where applicable
What we re looking for:
.
Proven 12 years sales development experience
.
Willing to make dozens of outbound cold calls each day
.
Selfmotivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
.
High level of integrity and work ethic
.
Track record of overachieving quota
.
Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day
.
Experience working on a CRM
.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
.
Strong listening and presentation skills
.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
.
Bachelor of Engineering preferred
.
Prior experience in supply chain management or transportation and logistics preferred
