This is a remote position.
We are seeking a driven and organized Sales Manager to focus on scheduling appointments setting up meetings delivering product demos and converting leads for our online ordering software and digital marketing services in the Canadian market. This remote role requires excellent communication skills a strong sales acumen and the ability to engage and convert prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Appointment Scheduling:
Identify and reach out to potential clients in the Canadian market through various channels including cold calling email campaigns and social media.
Schedule appointments with qualified leads to discuss their needs and how our solutions can meet them.
2. Meeting Setup:
Coordinate and set up virtual meetings with prospective clients ensuring all relevant stakeholders are involved.
Prepare and organize materials needed for meetings tailoring them to the specific interests and needs of each client.
3. Product Demos:
Deliver compelling and customized product demonstrations that highlight the features and benefits of our online ordering software and digital marketing services.
Address client questions and concerns during demos ensuring a clear understanding of the product s value.
4. Lead Conversion:
Follow up with prospects postdemo to answer any additional questions provide further information and move the sales process forward.
Negotiate terms and close deals converting leads into longterm clients.
5. Sales Pipeline Management:
Maintain and update the sales pipeline in the CRM system ensuring accurate tracking of all activities and progress.
Regularly review and prioritize leads to ensure timely followup and conversion.
6. Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to align on lead generation strategies and client onboarding.
Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline status and conversion rates to the management team.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales with a focus on SaaS products and/or digital marketing services.
Strong experience in appointment setting meeting scheduling and delivering product demos.
Proven track record of converting leads into clients particularly in international markets like Canada.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
