We are looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join our team in the Communications industry. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in sales and customer service. As a Customer Sales Advisor you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers promoting products and services and achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

13 years of experience in sales and customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Knowledge of communication products and services is a plus

Main Responsibilities: Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently. Call out to customers to collect their orders. Pack food for take away, ensuring all orders are correct and items are properly packaged. Handle cash transactions, credit card payments, and issue receipts. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
