ManagerSr Manager - Mergers Acquisitions MA

• Take care of a number of mergers and acquisitions projects with a focus on completing the deals and growing the business.
  
• Make rough drafts of possible pitch decks and marketing materials like teasers information memos and management slides.
  
• Lead tasks in financial planning and pricing for clients both present and future.
  
• Help with the whole process of executing the deal including coordinating the due diligence stages and being the main point of contact for many people.
  
• Take an active part in talks outside of work.
  
• Watch over and teach top employees and helpers and help them do their jobs better and learn new skills.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors or masters degree from a reputable university preferably in economics business administration or a similar field;
  
• Professional credentials like CPA CFA or ACCA is preferred
  
• At least 10 years of experience as a Senior Manager and 5 to 7 years as a Manager in an M&A setting with at least 5 years of experience as a Manager.
  
• Good at talking to people giving presentations and running projects
  
• Proven ability to write business papers of good quality and effect for clients and internal use
  
• Advanced English writing and speaking skills for business
