Job Description
Responsible to monitor and govern the entire product lifecycle of the product from
ideation stage to market launch and postlaunch analysis. This involves carefully
managing every phase of the products journey ensuing alignment with the
organizations objectives and delivering maximum value to the customers.
o Conduct thorough assessment of product performance and collaborate closely with
the crossfunctional teams to elevate the technical knowledge properties
applications manufacturing processes performance and costeffectiveness of
Resins (vinyl ester) based composites
o Closely monitor market trends and analyse competitor performance to drive business
strategy explore new opportunities to be able to capitalize on them at the earliest.
o Devise comprehensive gotomarket strategies including pricing distribution sales
collaboration initiatives with stake holders to optimize market penetration and
maximize profitability
