Position Overview:

We seek a Product Trainer to develop and deliver training programs on our optical products. The role involves frequent travel to train sales teams partners and clients ensuring they are wellinformed and confident in our products. Candidates from any industry are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Update Training Materials: Tailor materials to different audiences to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  
• Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging inperson and virtual sessions on optical products.
  
• Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the success of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.
  
• Support Product Launches: Maintain deep product knowledge and assist with new product introductions.
  
• Collaborate with CrossFunctional Teams: Align training programs with overall business goals and strategies.
  
• Create Training Documentation: Develop comprehensive manuals guides and resources to support ongoing learning.
  
• Monitor Training Progress: Track and report on the progress and outcomes of training initiatives.
  
• Customize Training Programs: Adapt training content to meet the specific needs and requirements of different regions or client groups.
  
• Provide OnDemand Support: Offer additional support and resources to trainees as needed to reinforce learning.
  
• Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in optical technology and incorporate relevant updates into training materials.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Optometry Business Education or related field.
  
• Experience: 35 years in product training. Experience in any industry is welcome.
  
• Skills: Excellent communication strong product knowledge proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel extensively.
