Job Description

JOB TITLE: Executive Personal Assistant

LOCATION: Benin City Edo State

TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Onsite

SALARY BUDGET: N400000 N500 000 Net

EXPERIENCE LENGTH: At least 3 years

SUMMARY

Our client is seeking to hire a highly qualified candidate who can deliver exceptional organizational administrative and executive support. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in managing complex schedules coordinating various tasks and providing strategic assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the organization.

This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling a range of responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail contributing to the overall success and effectiveness of the executive team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordination of all administrative matters.
Minute taking creating and circulating agendas and minutes.
Collate and analyze reports.
Performs confidential secretarial functions.
Coordination of travels and logistics.




Requirements

A degree or diploma (B.Sc./HND) in any science social science or arts related course.

Minimum of 3 5 years relevant work experience.

Proficiency in the use of MS Office and other packages.

Excellent human relations skill.


COMPETENCIES

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office products i.e. Word Excel Outlook etc.

Excellent typing (minimum 50wpm) and data entry skills.

Excellent telephone and customer service skills.

Ability to compose basic memos/letters and proofread correspondence.

Ability to work individually and collaboratively as part of a team including the ability to liaise with others and keep people informed.

Ability to effectively organize and prioritize your own workload and that of officers you line manage.

High level of integrity value excellent team spirit and can do.
