They are into FMCG products which includes; Tyres Food and Beverages plastic and Paper. They are in need of a SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE for their plastic manufacturing arm.
LOCATION: Ibadan
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and assess potential business opportunities and market trends through ontheground observations.
- Develop and maintain strong networks with industry contacts stakeholders and key decisionmakers.
- Gather and analyze market data including competitor activity industry trends and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare detailed reports on market conditions emerging trends and competitive landscape to support business planning.
- Use market intelligence to recommend adjustments to sales and marketing strategies ensuring alignment with market dynamics.
- Address customer inquiries concerns and feedback promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Implement customer relationship management (CRM) practices to track interactions manage accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities including lead generation prospecting and qualification of potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and expand the company s client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions and proposals that meet client needs and drive business growth.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor s degree in business marketing or communication.
- 3 5 years experience in sales field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
