About the Role: Assistant Engineer Solar

As the Assistant Engineer Solar for GRE Renew Enertech Private Limited you will play a crucial role in site surveying installation and commissioning of solar groundmount plants. Your responsibilities will include managing installation timelines ensuring technical compliance and supporting the project manager in adhering to project schedules and quality standards.

Functional Parameters:

1. Site Survey:

Target: Conduct thorough and accurate site surveys to determine the feasibility and requirements for solar groundmount installations.

2. Installation Management:

Target: Oversee and manage the installation process ensuring adherence to technical specifications and project timelines.

3. Technical Knowledge:

Target: Apply comprehensive technical knowledge to ensure the correct installation and functioning of solar plant components.

4. Timeline Adherence:

Target: Ensure all installation activities are completed within the project timelines set by the Project Manager.

5. Quality Assurance:

Target: Implement and maintain highquality standards throughout the installation process ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the solar plants.

6. Material Inspection:

Target: Inspect and manage materials to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.

7. Team Management:

Target: Effectively manage and coordinate the installation team to optimize performance and ensure project success.

8. Commissioning:

Target: Oversee the commissioning process ensuring all systems are fully operational and meet performance standards.

9. Reporting:

Target: Provide regular reports on installation progress challenges and solutions to internal stakeholders.

10. Compliance:

Target: Ensure all installation and commissioning activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

Fundamental Parameters:

Experience: 4 to 5 Years of proven experience in installation and site survey of solar plants with a minimum of 3 years in the relevant industry.

Qualification: Diploma/Degree Engineer (Electrical / Electronics).

Location: Mehsana Gujarat.

Compensation: Competitive aligned with industry standards.

Gender Preference: Male.

Age Range: 25 to 30.

Reporting Relationship: Reports to Deputy Manager Solar Project.

Preference: Candidates with extensive experience in largescale solar groundmount installations especially in 66kV and 11kV projects are preferred.

Site Survey Experience: Ability to conduct accurate and comprehensive site surveys.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of solar plant installation processes.

Time Management: Ability to work efficiently within timelines and schedules.
